Taiwanese Government Wants Google to Delete One Photo of a Military Base on Taiping Island

With social media, we all got the chances to live public lives. It came to the point where you have to stay completely offline if you want to stay off the grid. However, even that is getting harder with services like Google Earth. It's very useful, but what happens when it endangers the safety of a military base?

There's a Google Earth photo of Taiping Island (also referred to as Itu Aba) and it looks like a military base can be seen on it. That's why the Defence Ministry wants it down.
