This Is How You Can Make Your iPhone UNTRACEABLE (12 Pics)
Posted on May 12, 2016
Have you ever felt like being watched while using your phone? Here's how to disable tracking on your iPhone.
1. Where You've Been
All the locations you've been at are being marked in this guide map.
2. When You've Been There
Apart from the locations themselves, time of your arrival and departure at the locations are also marked, as well as the frequencies of your visits.
3. Step One
The first step starts with you going to your phone's settings and then clicking "Protection."
4. Deactivation of Location Services
While you're there, you might as well deactivate "Location Services."
5. Moving On
At "Location Services," go to the bottom of the screen and select "System Services."
6. Successive Locations
After the last step, look for "Successive Locations" or "Frequent Locations" and click on it to get into another menu.
7. Tracing Your Travel History
The following menu (pun not intended) is the one that features your entire travel history and pinpoints when and where you've been and how many times you've been there.
8. Making a Choice
Going back to the previous screen, make the choice of whether you should delete your travel history or keep the tracing active.
9. Should You Decide on Privacy
If you don't want to be followed, simply switch "Successive Locations" or "Frequent Locations" off.
Your telephone is now untraceable. If you want to make it traceable again, just turn the previous option back on.
Keep in mind that these steps are often used by thieves to prevent you from ever obtaining back the device they've stolen from you.
12. Safety Precaution
To protect your phone from thieves, heighten your device's security measures using the "Control Center" in your phone's Settings.
