It is understandable that companies occasionally make a mistake and because of that, their product suffers. But, it's not understandable when that company is as famous as Samsung, and when their major competition aka Apple releases their new iPhone 7. Some of the customers reported their phone ended up in flames for no reason. Some people even suffered serious burns, and there is a lot of property damage mentioned. And that is bad. Really bad!

In 2016, something happened that the management of Samsung did not expect: due to the increasing number of complaints about the new Samsung Note 7 exploding and catching fire (the current number is 35 and it keeps rising), the company had to issue an official request addressed to the customers. More than 1 million copies were sold, and the company asked the ones who bought it to return it as quickly as possible. Samsung's team is now working on making an adequate replacement.
