Posted on Sep 06, 2016

Job interviews are very stressful for everyone. If we're lucky enough, the interviewers we meet in the course of our lives will be normal, down to Earth people. Still, in some cases, there is pressure, especially for women, to look a certain way in these interviews. What this male recruiter said is incredibly offensive. Take a look at the story that shook the internet.

Here's What He Wrote
"When the woman at the office who has the largest diamond on her finger, sees that ring, she will realize that if you are hired she will fall to second place and will, therefore, not like you," said Hurwitz. What he wrote is absolutely shocking!

Maybe Bruce Hurwitz should try and change his attitude, if he really believes that women are not getting jobs because of their rings, and not just tell women to: "Lose the rock!"
