Young Tamir Rice, aged 12, was reported to the police for playing with a plastic toy gun. A passerby called the authorities and claimed there was an African American male holding a weapon. But the witness mentioned that the gun was most likely fake. The police arrived in minutes and opened fire at Rice, without interrogation or warnings.
