Meet Collette Divitto, a 26-year-old woman that has Down Syndrome. She tried to get a job but got turned down because of her illness. Even though the illness can affect one's motor functions and learning, it doesn't effect everyone in the same way. When she saw that people aren't willing to hire her because of the condition, she took matters into her own hands.
