Global warming is one of the problems that are being ignored for now, but the consequences will be severe. One of the reasons for increasing temperatures may be the fact that we are using to much fuel, sprays, and chemicals which caused a lot of damage to the ozone layer.

If the temperature increases in years to come, the polar caps will melt down, and we will be facing with the biggest floods in the history of mankind.

Scientists are talking about the danger we would have to cope with in case all the ice melts at the same time. This is one of the possible scenarios if that happens.

Cities like Brussels in Belgium and Venice in Italy would be facing a catastrophe and would be flooded completely.

The level of Adriatic sea will rise by 215 feet and it will flood all of the ancient cities on the Mediterranean coast. If you were planning on visiting some of these cities, now is your chance.

All the major cities near the coast would see huge floods and would disappear. People who live in Beijing and Tokyo would have to relocate, but there would be millions of losses.

At this moment, there are 600 million people living in China.

Dakar would be flooded, same as Acra. The Mediterranean sea would rise and flood Egypt.

The land loss in Africa should be smaller than in the rest of the world, but floods will make a lot of people lose their homes. The high temperatures would make the entire continent unsuitable for living.

Rio Would Be Gone

The entire South America would be devastated by floods and living there will be impossible.

Buenos Aires, Lima, and Rio will soon parish, and the casualties would count millions. The only place in South America that would be above the sea level are the mountains.
