20 Stunning Sketches from 1944 Done by a Young WWII Soldier Who Was an Architecture Student

During the turbulent years of the Second World War, people from all walks of life were getting recruited for the army. Among them was a student of architecture, named Victor Lundy, who was only 21 at the time. Adamant to stick to the thing he loves, which was drawing, Victor (who is now 93) decided to put on paper and sketch all the aspects of war - the people, the surroundings, the battles, the leisure time - things ordinary people even today have no idea about. These sketches represent a part of his outstanding collection that was created during several months in 1944.
