Being pregnant can make sleeping much harder. Some positions are good for you, some not so much. Take a look at these photos and see what you can do to make sleeping easier for you.
1. What You Should and Shouldn't Do
Pregnancy is a very sensitive and important part of your life. It is crucial that you take good care of yourself and your unborn child.
2. Left Side
Try sleeping on your left side, because it's the most comfortable for your baby and you.
3. First Trimester
During the first trimester, the belly is still too small for the sleeping position to matter.
4. Second Trimester
Sleeping on your left side is best during the second trimester.
5. Third Trimester
In the third trimester, you can sleep in whatever position feels the best but try not to sleep on your back.

You shouldn't sleep on your back or stomach.
