10. Hanging Leg Raise
This exercise is based on spine extension. Just relax your upper body and hold your arms straight, then, pull your legs up. This will exercise your arms, shoulders, back and leg muscles.
11. Squat Jumping
This exercise stimulates the growth hormone. Simply jump upwards while you sit up from a squat. You'll stretch your spinal and calf muscles.
12. Pelvic Shift
The spine and lower hips are stretched during this exercise. Just lift your hips off the floor while pushing your feet into the ground and stay in that position for 30 seconds. Repeat it 3-4 times.
