Obesity is a growing problem in the world, and it is even featured in reality shows. Many people choose to lose their weight on a reality show and to completely transform the way they look while the whole world sees them on TV.

'My 600lb Life' first aired in 2012 and most of the people who were on the show were in serious danger because of their obesity. Those people, who weighed over 600lb, were encouraged to lose more than half of their body weight.

Christina Phillips was one of the show's participants who first made an appearance in 2014.

She was extremely obese, and her weight was 708 lbs. Christina was only 25 years old, and she had an eating disorder. Her weight had seriously impacted her life, and she needed to change that.
